LKE Catering was founded in 2001 by Maria Pacillo. Maria was inspired by fresh ingredients and producing a product that makes you feel at home. Maria began her journey at the FBI building in Newark, NJ and advanced on to providing construction catering to some of the most renowned sites in the United States. Some of the projects we have serviced are 1 World Trade Center and Hudson Rail Yards. Although, LKE is well established in the construction community, the company has since branched out to providing catering needs for private & corporate events.
